Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

AFISHA.LIFE respects the intellectual property rights of others and is committed to complying with applicable United States intellectual property laws, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

We will promptly investigate and respond to valid notices of alleged copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property infringement and will take appropriate action, including removal or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material where necessary.


Notification of Claimed Infringement

If you believe that any content on AFISHA.LIFE infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notification to our Designated Agent. To be effective, your notification must include all of the following information:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right;
  2. Identification of the intellectual property claimed to have been infringed;
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (or the subject of infringing activity), along with information reasonably sufficient to permit AFISHA.LIFE to locate the material on the website (such as a direct URL);
  4. Information reasonably sufficient to allow us to contact you, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or applicable law;
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner.

Misrepresentation Notice

Please be aware that under the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including legal fees and costs incurred by the alleged infringer or the service provider.
